For work in Biberach made very well by having diner here. Good food and very good wines per glas even. But most of all nice people. Start a conversation about food and drinks and you end up with a variety of nice tastings. In our case it was schnapps.

Good food, special wines and a hospitable atmosphere characterize the PEDI in Biberach. There is always a special and changing interior, seasonal and fresh menus and a friendly welcome by the staff and the hosts. Professional service and authentic discussions are simply part of the PEDI.

Very nice restaurant with an attractive atmosphere. The food is excellent, the staff extremely friendly and despite full shop very fast. I pull the hat in front of the cooks. Unbelievable what they accomplish in the "open" kitchen. The boss gets involved, always has an open ear for the sensitivities of the guests and is always present. Great! Highly recommended, a reservation is more than recommended

Its solid good, but I find it overrated. For that reason 3 stars, not 4. Food - good, but nothing so special. Atmosphere - very nice, but nothing special. For Biberach town it is considered very good, tho.
